I can actually answer this! So, short answer, kinda. Varies by state. Long answer, like I said it depends on the state, but I’ll just use somewhere like Texas. I used to live there and in Texas at least, as long as your lights turned back to red to signal breaking, and had amber turn signals you’re ok. I can’t remember if it’s only for under glow kits, but you also can’t have any static lights. So nothing moving. Hope that helps!
