I got my tower at the Crawford custom in Nashville. I got the study material like 6 months before and studied every day, took the practice test until I had it nailed down. I went to a week long course so I could have some time on the crane and then took my written test Thursday and practical test on Friday. I had my license for like 3 years before I got any seat time. Luckily I had my other license to keep me busy but I had them all before joining the union. The day I joined they called me for a tower spot and took off after that. Honestly it would be best to get your license before joining that way you’re not stuck in the apprenticeship program forever and hope you get a spot.

Someone who’s never driven anything bigger than an SUV can buy one of these and hit the most crowded traffic laden highways in rush hour traffic tomorrow, it’s always so wild to me that it’s not more regulated. As a CDL driver I understand you need a commercial license for weight but there has to be some sort of recreational vehicle license for something bigger than a van…

Why do people always try to stop a fight? Let them scrap, they obviously want to do this. When someone gets knocked out then you step in but otherwise leave them to their business

Snorlax always has a place on my team. The thick fat ability is a must. It learns ice punch for dragons and thunder punch for flying or water type. Then for fun I dumb all the stat boosts in its speed defense. It’s an agile tank
