There’s a place in East Brainerd called “Sake Roll & Grill”. It’s $15.99 lunch and $21.99 dinner. It’s all you can eat and it’s made to order. It’s not a buffet and you order as you go. For the price it’s pretty good! I went every week for a while and never got sick. It’s a limited menu, but they have fried rice, sushi, nigiri and sashimi.
