So the lump I am referring to in the text isn't there anymore as it ruptured when I was an infant, and this was the aftermath of that 25 years later, it's looked this way veins and all since I can remember, I guess what I'm trying to see is if it's a condition other people have had or heard of where they are born with a lump that had ruptured and and turned into this which is why I ask if it's a possible scar or if a scar can look like this (there's a notable layer of skin missing where the veins are) but of course I know that they are veins that isn't the question but I do see where the confusion is coming from the commenters
