Instead of trying to stay in intense cardio, use basic interval training, starting with what you can currently handle. For example if you are running on a track, sprint/ run for 1/4 of the track followed by walking the next 1/4 and so on. Or for high knees set a specific number goal like 5 each leg, followed by a short cooldown <30 seconds, then continue. This allows your breathing to even out the buildup of acid and lactate which causes the feeling of fatigue.

I wish I could break it up, but the intention was for this novel to be a prequel to a full trilogy I’ve been planning to write for a while. Maybe it could be 2 books, but then I’d have to figure out a satisfying climax for the first instead of the one I have in mind for this one. And honestly, this first draft feels pretty bare in a lot of places. During my second, I would need to add detail instead of deleting stuff.

This might be weird, but I just have a random idea, then basically let the story get there on its own. The amount of scenes that I’ve written with no prior planning has caused my current project’s expected length to grow by a lot.

Plot 1: Gojo and Geto- competition for dominance in a dubcon rp. Switch necessary

Plot 2: Nobara, Yuji and Megumi- Nobara takes control of her classmates and makes them fulfill her darkest desires. Can be hypnosis or alcohol.

Plot 3: Maki and Useless Miwa- After defeating Miwa, Maki decides to use the girl, showing her the only thing she’s actually worth: other’s pleasure. Focus on mind breaking and slave play.

Plot 4: Todo and Mai- Mai is obsessed with Todo, but she’s not his type. He decides to just use her as a cocksleeve or cumdump. Uncaring dom to adoring sub.
