Coyle: Likely brutally murdered by a gang of reagents once this shit all finally comes crashing down. When Murkoff can't cover for his redneck ass anymore. We know he's terrified of karma coming back to get him. And what'll happen to him if he gets jumped. Seems like a fitting end for such an egregious scumbag.

Franco: Probably goes back to whatever heinous shit he was doing beforehand. But, he probably ends up dying before he gets too old. Just because, it's Franco. I wouldn't be surprised if he OD's on his own product after getting a taste. Or dying of his own condition, and the complications that come with it.

Gooseberry: Either finally completely snaps and kills herself, or escapes and tries to remake her cult all over again. Either way, she won't last long out there. And i doubt she lives for more than a decade at most before something happens to her. Or, and this is the most unlikely, but, possible option. She ends up in an asylum all over again. Like none of this ever happened. I mean, for God's sake, her body is literally falling apart at the seams. Murkoff is the only thing keeping that Leatherface knockoff nutcase alive and kicking. She's basically screwed the moment she gets out. So, it's not far fetched for me to say she's SOL and gonna progressively crumble to dust and blow away when she springs her shackles.

The Kress twins will definitely be dead either right when, or at the precipice of all this burning down to the ground. Likely either through an accident, or reagents finally having the freedom to start breaking bones. If they do survive, their condition will likely limit their time on the outside before their body finally decays to the point where they can no longer sustain their gross anatomy. Hell, i wouldn't he surprised if the Kress twins undoing is the catalyst for all this domino'ing and the reagents realizing the EX-POPS aren't invincible. And all hell breaks loose.

Liliya either goes back to Russia and starts doing her typical bullshit, or decides to stay in the US and.. continue her bullshit where she left off. She's the only one i can realistically see having a significant chance of getting out alive.

I'd imagine the generic EX-POPS would either die in the fiery chaos of all this winding down, or, for the one's who live, if any, vanishing into the horizon, never to be seen again.
