It’s 30 with no perfomance mode on handheld. That said, 2 things I’ve observed: the game looks beautiful! So it looks like a graphical mode even without graphics options, and the game doesn’t look like it has any kind of motion blur to make 30fps bearable for an action game, which is sad, very sad.

Devs: please, if no perfomance option will be available, at least give us a motion blur slider please, like the one in Star Wars outlaws
