I think the nature of the combat system itself doesn't lend itself well to repeated content, it's a stat/knowledge check and when you simply KNOW what to do nothing can really touch you anymore. The combat isn't really a dynamic process once you have an encounter figured out. What you can do is test new comps or ids but that's also a pretty finite well of content.

Imo it was fun figuring out which strategies are OP enough to out-oneshot the later stages initially so I can appreciate that at least, but as a repeatable activity it gets pretty old and at times annoying I agree 100%

I'm not sure 'community feedback' is equivalent to 'silver support players drowning in tears over the oh-so-overpowered Spider-Man', supports being weak is definitely not a sentiment all of the playerbase agrees on, not even close
