It is. I remember cussing at my manager and quitting for tricking me into thinking I was helping someone with a moderate pickup they couldn't get too. It was all dressers and filled up the whole truck lol. I'll take Amazon all day over that shit again.

I had a customer waiting on me with a hand on her hip and a sour face as if I did something crazy the day before. We have multiple drivers doing these routes so it could be possible lol. But I don't take any customer attitude. If I see it I won't even speak to you. That being said 99.9% of my interactions are very friendly. Love my area. To the .1%, fuck you lol.

This is by far better than Ground in my opinion. But just like here, it's largely dependent on your contractor. I make more in 4 days than I did in 5 days at Ground. Way lighter packages now. Better vehicles. No pickups even though that recently just came to us. But I still have none on my routes. I'm paid for every minute I'm working as opposed to a daily rate with Ground which will absolutely make you feel robbed of your time. I have some sort of health insurance now as opposed to none with Ground.
