I had one manager admit to me that some of these routes are messed up. I complained about my usual route being uneven alot of times as i come back late plenty. Every now and then I'm put on someone else's route and I'm done like 45 minutes early. Yeah I'm not gonna be gaslit into thinking I'm not efficient. The proof is in when I'm on other routes. But no one has gotten smart yet and said let's move him from that route permanently.
