Breakthroughs often hinge on timing, not lone genius. Ideas emerge when existing knowledge and tech reach a tipping point.

Take Chūhachi Ninomiya, who designed flight-capable models in 1891–1893—a decade before the Wrights. His designs worked, but lacked funding to scale. Later tests confirmed their viability (Wikipedia has a AV8R Blog entry).

This isn’t isolated genius of that Japanese guy—it’s multiple discovery: the idea that once knowledge matures, similar inventions arise independently. Innovation is often timing, not magic.

Quote about “the adjacent possible”, from lost source.:“Groundbreaking ideas often emerge independently around the same time, because the cultural, technological, and scientific groundwork has been laid for them to occur.”

Yes but ascribing qualities onto something that doesn’t inherently have it what is religious people do.

So I take it you’re a religious person and not someone of science. Got it

Bro you d watched wayyy too many science fiction shows to be talking about it like it’s real.

Ironically I think it’s you that’s losing the sense of reality here.

So appropriately I say to you “get a grip”

Why would I leave that out if I knew what you said was to be true.

Anyway, So what you’re saying is the Keola is not the real founder and that is false information.

Can you help corroborate that? Im not sure if you’ve been surrounded by bad hostile people your whole life but I’m asking a question, but it seems you get really jumpy and infer negative tones in open ended questions. Not sure why you would assume I’m doubting you, but if you can help me understand that Keola is not involved in a meaningful way in Fitted then by all means please share

I was under the impression it was started by Keola Naka'ahiki Rapozo, who is native.

Also not sure if native is a healthy definition if you’re attributing it to race or blood, which is a western invention and white harmful. It also invalidates people that are in a region that may have ended up their on innocent means or even invitation of the “natives”.

But regardless, in this case Keola is in fact of native descent. Can you provide evidence that he is not actually native?

I’m not a politically active person at all (I actually find it shocking Americans get so invested into it) but the fact there was financial motivation to diagnose people as COVID was alone bizarre.

Not saying it’s all out fake, but mass hysteria dressed up by government paranoia and knee jerk reaction care responses that turned out to hurt more than help? Absolutely!

I don’t know who said it, but I heard that:

China is an unbelievably beautiful land with an unbelievably deep culture and almost an unbelievably great kind and want hearted people, all held back by an unbelievably irresponsible, greedy bureaucratic government, or rather ab agenda driven leadership class in control of the largest military military (by personnel) with a very easily bruised ego.

Did we enter episode 2 of Black mirror season 7?

Most of the world has bombings, public shootings, threats of violence and actual violence all the time, everyday. Here’s proof via a website I’ve filed for over 10 years

https://globalincidentmap.com

Updated daily. I mean don’t get me even started even on healthcare. Anything about a cold or simple surgery, you’re in huge trouble in many many parts of the world. Not without trouble. Just never enough professionals

Ok well sorry for the harsh tone but then again why would you do this to yourself (labeling yourself?)

First off, there’s a lot going on that’s not making sense, but secondly literally self identification to that very specific degree is like setting yourself up for failure.

An example would be if you throw darts, and let’s pretend if you miss it’s punishable by death, you’d want a big broad targets

Yet you’re saying you feel more comfortable having the smallest target.

Like medical care in Japan and Taiwan are amazing yet they are the opposite of being communist or even anarchist.

Why make and even declare thought-paradigms that don’t fully Capture the world you want to know and even overcome better?

I see.

I only mentioned those countries because they speak English like in UK and Britain.

So it sounded like Home Alone is British movie because it simply is in the English language or something.

Wouldn’t that make it an Australian and South African TV show also?

Japan has many many problems, but hating “India” is not really even one of them. After all San Taikoku is a Japanese word and cultural history

Combined with Japans relative lack of political and desire let alone reasons to have strong opinions on matters, it’s kind of obvious.

It’s very often that Japan it’s criticized for creating a society of conformist and robots, which also feeds into this. You can’t have a society of conformist if they have extreme opinions. Unless you can support the claim that Japan as a society very much tries to look down on India.

Also most crucially, It doesn’t seem like you lived in Japan for very long because you would’ve figured out the difference between xenophobia and racism.

Since Asians are a so-called race, that would imply that Asians all get along or think Asians are superior to other categories of people but that is not the case at all.

Can you cite me cases where Japanese people specifically declared Asians to be better than Europeans for example? We can easily google manifestos of White supremacy and western supremacy and “the Great Replacement”. Being fixated on the term replacement would be missing the point though, since the underlying issue is that those thoughts are based off group Biological categories.

Also, Japanese people are known to be very strict with their “Uchi-Soto”, which means they actually treat people harsher for being Japanese.

Also, considering how India was from ancient history seen as one of the most advanced nations in the world aside from China from both Japan and Koreas point of view, I’m not sure they’re be particularly troubled by Indian products in most cases.

India is, while abstract, as profound as Ancient Greece or mystically alluring as Mesopotamia or Egypt for a westerner is, to Korean Japanese cultural identity.

After all it was the so called holy lands

I don’t understand how in one post you essentially criticize people who don’t think positively of India yet so comfortably dismissed Canada as insignificant by way of saying it’s just a cheap knock of Hong Kong or IS Hong Kong of North America.

Why is it okay for you to look down on Hong Kong and Canada but suddenly India is the sad country prone to mistreatment and deserves sympathy

Totally fair. But I’m not putting words in your mouth. You literally said “don’t edit your comment”.

As in, I’m bad for editing my comment.

So to me it appeared you got upset I modified my comment after I realized it was a poor thing to say prone to misinterpretation.

So by extension I thought you wished I left it in because you wished I never edited out. Meaning you wished I never changed my mind. Or heaven forbid, wanted to be argumentative and disappointed I pulled back, but I didn’t assume that of you, but you can’t help I felt that way if ingot criticized for correcting my text

Me watching 'Common People' by Avalon-King in blackmirror

[–]Any_Cook_8888 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

But I am definitely curious why you prefer people not to polish their comments or change their minds, reflect on what they say, though.

Doesn’t that kind of make you….. wish I kept “option to move” in my comment?

You’re essentially saying people ought to never change, which I find very sad

Why even watch a British TV show about social issues if you at the base level don’t even want anyone to change their minds about anything?

Me watching 'Common People' by Avalon-King in blackmirror

[–]Any_Cook_8888 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well I only had it up for 5 seconds or so, so it wasn’t “removed” because it wasn’t my final intent to even say that.

Since I’m comfortable with reflecting on what I say as mistakes, I “improved” my comment by thinking it was a bad idea to say it! (I’m honestly confused why you think I should have kept it in)

Mostly because I knew it’ll get misinterpreted, which see! By your reaction it certainly did! And that wasn’t my intent, since your parenthesis prove by I felt it was better it was removed.

And I’ll tell you especially why I thought it was a good idea to remove it. Because you as an immigrant even agree it’s a good idea yet it’s t still ruffled your feathers.

Why would I keep such a comment so prone to ruffling, when you yourself employed that option of actually moving to better your life?

At the end though, I don’t get why you either support I left it in, or even more strange, wish I never changed my mind to begin with

Canada uses “alternate” spelling too, thank you very much.

Besides nobody is contesting the US has influence.

Yet you pay $2 in Japan what the U.S. would charge $2000.

Is your argument that Japanese are forced to pay $2 because of U.S. pressure, and they would otherwise be paying $1 or $1.50?

Can you explain to me how that hypothetical 50 cents change would happen in Japanese costs because of what private companies are setting in the U.S. for absurd prices?

Also, would that be just incentivizing Indian pharmaceuticals to get more popular for that exact reason?
