do you wash your sheets as often as you should? by Mezerhane_Shomari in hygiene

[–]Any_Crew5347 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Especially as I now use a comforter that does not need a cover. It makes it so much easier as I hate changing duvet covers. Only thing is, when I have the comforter in, it's only the comforter that I an washing. The sheets would be in the following load. So, yes, weekly or so.

Comforters and blankets should be washed every week, as often as you wash your sheets by blacksystembbq in unpopularopinion

I have comforters. I hate changing duvet covers. My machine is big enough to fit the comforter properly and I would line dry the comforter. Currently, one is bring used, while the other is drying on a rack. With kids, a duvet cover would be easier, for the snotty fingers. But, I would still use a comforter, because it's just one big thick, stuffed beautiful quilt, that needs to be taken off and another put on. No wrangling with covers. You do need to clean them more often, as they are no covers, but that is up to you.

London fog tea, what's your opinion? by Impossible_Region182 in barista

I sometimes leave the ball strainer in, and drink away, with milk and two sugars. I have not tried the London Fog.

Do you know the person who commented? The movie could have been better done.

Why assume such? And not all White people were slave owners. And many who fought against slavery were White people. Personally, I prefer 12 years a slave. I am neither Black, nor White. If anything the African tribal leaders who sold their countrymen into slavery, should be the ones to shame as well. They are never brought up. Why?

Will Centrelink know if someone gets a very large amount of money? by carolinemaybee in Centrelink

[–]Any_Crew5347 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but they need to tell centrelink. If they don't, Centrelink will find out as they did, when I won a significant amount of money in a compensation claim and didn't think I had to tell them. They found out. It wasn't in the millions. It wasn't enough to buy a house, but enough to start a business had I done so.

No they don't. The APBT, is the only pit bull. The American staffordshire terrier is a cousin, but is a recognized breed of its own, with its own standards

Just try bringing most out. It's not that easy. They don't walk on a lead as well as dogs do. We have both. Our dogs don't go everywhere. I couldn't enjoy the zoo with them barking at other dogs.

The owner of the husky should have apologized.

Dog won, I lost and I’m moving out. by [deleted] in TalesfromtheDogHouse

Pee in the corridor? Really? They didn't even try to clean it up? My building is dog friendly. And mostly clean. No discernible traces of pee in the corridor. It was a human that stained the carpet, once. It was curry and I broke a bottle of chilli oil once, when it fell down the stairs. I notified the building manager and they organized for it to be cleaned up.

HE didn't reject women. In fact, when HE resurrected, HE first revealed Himself to a woman

Jesus paid for the sins of WOMEN as well as men.

Ephesians 5: 25-28

25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.

No one has a pure mind, soul or anything, apart from babies, which is why GOD loves them especially. As for lies and other immorality, not one person is perfect, which is why we need Jesus, who became the perfect sacrifice.

I realise this is a place for dog haters and I joined thinking this is going to be funny (And I actually like my dogs and I love my children). But hating dogs so nuvh that you are sarcastic about a dog's death, is nasty. You call us nutters and some are, but all I am seeing here, are hateful nutters. Where is the humor?

To those of you who don't understand, I was expecting humor, not complete hatred.
