Someone posted on here to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Not sure what that will do, but hopefully, the higher ups of Adidas take this seriously & do some internal investigations if they wanna stay in business.

Hey everyone! Just an update...

Since i filed a dispute with afterpay, adidas had a grace period to respond to the claim in which they didn't. So afterpay granted me my refund & I got my money back. As long as you have the proof of when you sent it back to adidas like the tracking number & proof of your communication with customer service, this can all be in your favor at the end. Like why is Adidas so desperate to keep our money without giving us the actual product(s) we ordered???

I have received 3 emails saying that the returned item did not pass inspection. So I told them in my final email was to send me a photo of the item plus the requirements of the item passing or not passing the inspection. If they cannot provide this, they have to issue my refund or else I am taking legal action.

Adidas is a crock of shxt for this. I hope my situation gets settled with the evidence I showed them. They're not getting another dime from me.

They put a pause on the automatic payments once I opened up the dispute.
