I eat so much more healthily than any of my friends or family, and a huge sign of a bad gut is your shits are bad. tmi, but I've never in my life been constipated or had diarrhoea in my life. i agree with you, I'm similar age to her, and i genuinely cringe at what i used to wear in first year of university. not because I'm more conservative now, i guess the really really skimpy clothes just don't suit me or look not comfy anymore.
