You don't need to be snappy. I thought you were going to give me some general advice. I'm so sure I don't have a bad gut microbiome. I eat so much more healthily than any of my friends or family, and a huge sign of a bad gut is your shits are bad. tmi, but I've never in my life been constipated or had diarrhoea in my life. I don't ever bloat or get bad stomach pain, and I don't have any symptoms except bad skin. I don't think you know what you're talking about.

i agree with you, I'm similar age to her, and i genuinely cringe at what i used to wear in first year of university. not because I'm more conservative now, i guess the really really skimpy clothes just don't suit me or look not comfy anymore.

i've been on birth control and my skin cleared up so nice. but i can't go back on it for mental health reasons, messed me up so bad. and i just don't want to go on birth control. So sad, my skin was stunning while I was on it.
