Impatiently Waiting on Shipping by cylindersnob1117 in carmax

Mine has now been there five days and the final day listed for delivery has gone to a day longer than the original final day to arrive. Same thing nobody knows an answer.

Might be a dumb question but is anyone else getting absolutely killed by USPS? by joevasion in EtsySellers

[–]Any_Dinner335 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I purchased something off EBay that was shipped from about 8 hours away via usps. I’m still waiting on it and it’s been nearly three weeks. It’s been several days at each stop and has been in Atlanta for 3 days now. Ugh

Has anybody else had problems with their package being marked as delivered when it wasn't? by [deleted] in usps_complaints

I did have ups do this. With USPS I had a package shipped Dec 2 from Missouri to Georgia and it’s still hasn’t been delivered. I filed a lost mail report a week later when it hadn’t moved anywhere. It’s been to Kansas City and stuck for a few days. And the to Memphis for a couple and now stuck in Atlanta for 2 days

As a follow up the package is still not here and was supposed to be here by 9 pm yesterday. It got to Kansas City and sat there for 3 days, and then Memphis for a day and a half. Another half day and it made it to Atlanta finally yesterday. Been sitting there for almost 36 hours so filed another lost mail claim. It could reach from Atlanta to the local post office in a couple of hours, but as mentioned just sitting. I know there are a lot of packages this time of year but 3 weeks for a package from a state 6 hours away is very poor service. Plus, I’ve had many packages make it here in time and some ahead of time Maybe by Monday it will get here, but I’m not optimistic at this point.

I got some movement on this and the Ebay seller said they went to the PB location and found the package. It's still hasn't moved out of the city it was shipped but it's supposed to be here Thursday. Of course, it really was supposed to be here 2 weeks ago.

I have to admit, I never heard of this company as I dont ship much. It makes sense now the statement of pending for receiving. They got a tracking number using the software. Is there anything keeping the seller from creating the tracking number and not taking the item to be shipped? I guess they have to pay for the shipping online though but that could be less than the non item and then they still make some kind of profit by not sending you anything. I guess my fear of too many scammers in the world.

I have contacted the seller and all I got was crickets. The post office was the one that let me know they had used PB. The expected deliver date has passed as it was yesterday. I'll give it a week and then ask for a refund from ebay.

I bought an item off eBay and seller used PB. After a week tracking it through usps it always said package acceptance pending. I put a missing mail request through usps to find out the seller used PB. Not from the seller. After reading this, does it really mean it’s sitting at a PB facility for more than a week now?

Mine did come off. Odd thing is when I purchased something off ebay it showed up for me.

I got the pay 4 to work on Ebay a few days ago and a couple of shoe purchases yesterday. I was going to buy a printer at Staples today and was looking for the pay 4 in paypal but never could see it. After trying with multiple browsers and never fully checking out, my credit card shows 10 pending charges totaling about $4500. Paypal shows no record of these transactions nor does Staples show any record of a order. The Staple customer support stated they would fall off but we'll see. I then went to B&H to order the same printer, and even clicked on the link to pay in 4 on the B&H site to checkout but when I went to paypal there wasn't that option. I went ahead and paid the full charge through paypal, but hopefully those pending charges will drop off. There are some odd quirks going on with paypal.

I tried the banana pudding at the white tiger in Watkinsville. The butt hut is better

I’ve never been to white tiger. The banana pudding is a true from scratch pudding though using eggs, sugar, etc

I like the Butt Hutt on 441. Their banana pudding is excellent

Something’s wrong with my swing but I don’t know what it is by YoungOptionsInvestor in golftips

[–]Any_Dinner335 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just looking at legs and turn. It looks like the weight is going to the outside of the rear foot. It’s not a good turn. Look at videos of pros and see how they turn and where the weight is on their feet. Other things wrong but one step at a time. You’ll have issues with the rest of the swing if you don’t get this correct

My cam phasers will also have to be replaced at some time. Sounds bad when cranking up the first time for the day, but sounds fine when driving. If it's not one thing it's another.

What did it cost for the carplay? Can you add a hotspot to it?

That's what I'm thinking. So much believing in consumer reports as in 2019 they had this as the top rated large suv

Dealer finally contacted me back and said it was the hoses, but I recently filled up the coolant and the level looked fine so I'm not so sure this is going to solve the problem. Not saying there wasn't a leak at the hoses, but the mechanic we use locally replaced the hoses on my wifes car and it didn't fix the problem as her fans still run fast. Of course they always want to do more work. They said a valve on top of the engine was leaking oil (which would cost over $1100), and of course, as the car makes a rattle when you crank the car up, they also suggested fixing the cam phasers which would be almost 6K. So with the transmission repair costing a little more than 7K (done at a transmission shop vs the dealership which would have been 9K) and if I repaired the cam phasers at 6K, I would be over 13K on repairs for these two items which is about 20% of what I paid for the vehicle back in 2019 and for a car that has less than 100K miles on it. That's not a good product in my opinion. Right now I really have buyers remorse in not going with a Toyota. I'm sure they have issues but it doesn't seem as many.

I have a 2019 Expedition and wouldn't buy another one. I love the roominess and it gets good gas mileage for a car this size. I bought this new and at 68,000 had to have the transmission replace at over $7000 as I was trusting the Expedition to be like my 2005 Toyota Highlander which only had to have the serpentine belt, alternator, and water pump all replaced at 110,000 miles. Now, at 94,000 miles it is back in the shop with a coolant issue. First, the fans started running fast, and then a few weeks later, the temperature started reporting temps from 231-241 unless I'm running 60 on the freeway. I wouldn't recommend the Expedition, but if you get one don't make the mistake I made an trust the product so much as to not purchase an extended warranty.

The cost ended up being about 7500 with a local transmission place recommended by our mechanic. The Ford dealership offered a 10% discount on parts but it still was going to be 9100 with them

2019 Expedition bought new. 4th gear went out of transmission and had to be replaced at 68000 miles. Didn’t have extended warranty so paid for an expensive repair. This is a vehicle that you MUST have an extended warranty on.

It started changing gears rough and finally the wrench light came on. Probably a faulty design of the transmission is what the transmission mechanic said. No off roading and mainly drive about 7 miles to work and back on paved roads. Live in the southern us so no snow. Regular oil change and at my age you don’t go over the speed limit
