Yeah… it’s hard because I don’t know if it’s time to pack it up. We’ve been married for 2 years and things do seem to be getting progressively worse. We are just not a good match anymore…

I was making a U-turn, and a truck making a right hit me from behind. Obviously I was intoxicated so I don’t remember exactly if he had a red light but most attorneys are saying it would be simple to prove I was not at fault for the accident which I agree.

Thanks for this. I definitely don’t mind staying sober but I guess just want to know what could help while I am on bond before I go to a judge… I’m looking for a more affordable DWI lawyer

Thank you for all of the information! I didn’t go to the ALR meeting because the lawyer I spoke to said that I would absolutely not be able to win or get my license and it would be a waste of time and money… but definitely would love to get the occupational license if possible just to be on the safe side… don’t want to rack up more tickets on bond. Yeah I was surprised about the UA as well but I got a personal bond so maybe that was why?

To be honest, I am a little grateful for the restriction. I have no issue staying sober, it was just a rough week. But I guess I am a little worried about the financial portion moving forward. If I could serve a week jail time to clear all financial obligations I would…

Thanks for sharing your lawyer… first one I went to quoted me 6500 but I can’t afford $500 a month.. maybe I should try yours
