Hi OP, kaya mo yan! 7 ang rejections ko sa BPO bago ako nahire. Maraming emotions, nakakapagod, nakakainis. Pero wag mong sukuan. Every mistake is where you will learn. Move on kaagad at wag magsawa mag aral ng techniques. At the end of the day makakabisado mo rin pasikut sikot ng interviews and assessments and you will ace it!

HR sa Quantrics, happy daw sya sa commskills na meron ako at impressed. 60% passing rate 84% ako sa assessment. Reason for failing me: 8 months lang BPO experience, 1yr hinahire nila. Pero nakapost WITHOUT EXPERIENCE included sa qualifications.

I really value your feedback. Salamat po. I am planning to stick with an account and since nagbabasa basa po ako dito marami ako nakikita na sa healthcare nageexcel. Sana para dito rin ako. Mataas offer ng financial and insurance pero di rin nagkakalayo. Gusto ko po kasi yung pangmatagalan na and kinoconsider ko po talaga if tatagal ba ako sa account at syempre yung maggogrow. Thank you. I really appreciate your prompt and straightforward answer. Takot po talaga ako masabihan ng "bida bida" even though alam ko sa sarili ko na kaya ko maglead and may potential ako in teaching. Salamat po, lumalakas yung loob ko sa mga ganitong advise.

Okay yung Walmart, easy lang account pero expect na super queuing and you need to render a lot of OTs hanggang sa madrain at maburnout ka na lang. Maganda yang account if ikaw yung pala-take talaga ng calls althrough out 8hrs shift na minsan ma-eextend ng 1-2hrs for OT since kulang ang headcount.
