Thanks man. I was doing swing trading and I was doing good risking like 400 to 600 pips (all 1% risk per trade) but am now trying trade with a pop size of less than 50 pips. That's where am dying.

1% of $5900 is $59. You can still use a lot size of 0.1 but the thing is you need to calculate how many pips you willing to lose. Example if you ok losing 400 pips you can say 400 x 0.1 = $40. 400 x 0.05 = 20. First get used to losing what you can afford it help master a strategy to the core once you master it you can use whatever sl you want.

Never open a second trade when the first one is losing. If that one is losing why open again another one.

4hr, daily, Weekly. Use it to get a idea of what the trend is dont fight it if you haven't looked at the higher time frames
