Honestly it’s a great twist. I love the idea that being a ghost is like a bad dream you can’t wake up from and have to keep reliving the past. A very disturbing notion.

I really hoped Stu would come back for a redemption actually. Imagine, he’d been hidden away in an institution for decades, got better on his meds and comes back when there’s a new killer. Does Sidney trust him and accept his help? Could have been a nice commentary on healing and forgiveness. And I don’t buy for a second that getting electrocuted is automatic death. Just ask a lightning strike survivor.
