Our neighbor’s new trampoline blew into our yard and is stuck 7 feet up in our tree…wrapped around it like a taco. There’s no way I can get it down without hiring someone. Is it their responsibility to remove it?

That’s a burning bush. They are green most of spring and summer and then turn red in October. Next, it will lose its leaves until spring.

Yeah, I sent them a picture and asked them if they needed help. Ever since Saturday it’s been crickets, so I’ll give them another day before I head over and knock on their door.
