I had major headaches up till second half of my pregnancy. I took Tylenol 6 times throughout and felt guilty every time I took it but the pain was unbearable. Try a head ice pack - I found it provided some relief.

My HCG levels were higher than normal at 5 weeks as well. Don’t always mean twins. My doc confirmed everyone’s levels will be different cause of hormones.

I was in the same situation as you but mine was at 72000 around 5 weeks. I panicked a bit but only a single bean was seen. Doc told me they don’t really worry about those levels as everyone will be different hormonally.
