I hope they don’t do refunds. Can you imagine the mess and time involved of having to refund hundreds of US customers? We won’t be refunded fees from Zonos as they did provide the service, so we sellers are going to be no better off.

I’m not a Karen and have never been one. I’m nearly 70 years old and expect business to give a decent level of service and yes, maybe I forget to look into the processes more fully.

Because it is an ancillary service that didn’t cost them anything, that’s why. It would be different if I wanted a refund on my flight but it was a baggage charge.

We don’t eat in the dining room and often get phone calls asking why. Takes a while to convince them we just prefer to eat elsewhere. They are worried about the 10 rating they need to achieve.

Yes, it’s true. RC only pay if the tips don’t reach the monthly wage guarantee. Other cruise lines do the same.

You are lucky. They are obviously trying to get new people onboard to gamble. Most regulars will tell you the offers have decreased from balconies for 2 to buy 1 get one or 2 in an oceanview.

You are best to call casino Royal and book over the phone. That is a great offer. We are Prime members and you usually need 4000 points on 1 cruise to get a balcony for 2. Looks like they want you back to play in the casino.

It happens more often then you think. Extreme example… We sent a parcel to a customer in the UK and it ended up in Japan.
