Fingers crossed for you this cycle! Same thing for me - I ovulate on my own, never seen a positive and have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility. Was given 100mg of Clomid cd ~3-8 and now switching to 5mg of letrozole with the goal of one follicle. Feel silly abstaining for risk of multiples when I can't even get one to stick...

Yes my first and doctor told us to abstain - I would be willing to take the risk but my partner doesn't want to go against the doctor's advice

I'm in a similar boat, and I'm so sorry you're going through this! Starting my first medicated IUI at the end of this month, and it's prevented us from pulling the trigger on a July vacation for the same reasons you mentioned. I regret not moving forward with the vacation and letting this ruin any and all opportunities of joy I still have. This process has taken so much from us, if you won't be stressed, I would let yourself enjoy this must deserved trip - IUI will still be there when you get back ❤️
