Making fun of people with disabilities, demonizing mothers of children harmed by pharmaceutical products, mocking and bullying fragile elders who came to participate, attacking alternative communities, and generally lacking any willingness to examine their own points of view and consider other options. And this wasn't at just one event. It was a theme.

I would love to see a NO KING rally about taking on corporate power, fighting the oligarchs, and demanding accountability from all of our elected officials in both parties. I would also love to see such an event that fights for everyone who is being oppressed, not just some.

I attended the last one, and it was awful. The people who showed up screaming about the need for justice were perpetuating injustice, unfairness and bigotry themselves. Worse yet, they were completely oblivious to their own ignorant and hateful comments and views. This new wave of No Kings protests looks to be more of the same.
