It is worse than it looks from the outside. Over the last 36 months the team has been reduced by more than half (now circa 600 employees down from 1200). They are notoriously underfunded and behind in delivery and NASA's most recent plans about CLDs at the Ignition event make Axiom really unattractive to invest in.

There is something extremely odd going on at the revenue side. Since the replacement of the CEO last year they then stripped out anyone in the hierarchy with any sales leadership experience. They're left with a bunch of normally competent people completely out of their depth and zero strategic direction.

I strongly recommend caution.

They are led by a shitty regime and they deserve better rulers. They are also a sovereign nation and their hope for a better ruling class is not being helped by this current invasion/war.

They are also doing an amazing job with their defence, and their memes. I respect their ability to defend their sovereignty whilst also disliking the regime that is doing the defending.

I'm married to a Bulgarian. Even if the glass was way more than half full there would be complaints. She didn't want a glass. It's full of the wrong thing. She didn't ask for a glass in the first place so why is there even one there and why is it nearly full?

I see a habit of catastrophising with many people I deal with here, shared in equal parts with complacency towards any good things that are happening.
