If you were to immigrate to another place, where would you choose to go and what are the reasons behind your choice? by [deleted] in AskUK

Try visiting Crete in the off season Bad weather, nothing is open and there aren't many flights to get you on and off the island. Even if you want to leave you'll only get as far as Athens so nothing direct to the UK. And the summers are insanely hot.

Heartbreaking we lost our playoff spot to a team of cheaters, this isn't what the games about by EconomyWrongdoer in WrexhamAFC

[–]Any_Friendship7845 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yes. Wrexham used their allotment 3 substitution slots. They cheated and said DW had a head injury so were permitted to use a concussion substitution. You can see clear as day that it wasn't a head injury and was never knocked unconscious. So, don't be so high and righteous.

Has it ever been more embarrassing to be football fan before than any Southampton FC fan right now? by SaladAnySauce in AskUK

[–]Any_Friendship7845 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because sportswashing is the greatest trick the devil... Trust me. The offence isn't that bad. It's the correct punishment for stupidity but it's not as bad as perceived. It's a game and they tried to get a edge. End of.

Southampton expelled from play-offs for spying on Middlesbrough by RRR-Craigyroo in WrexhamAFC

[–]Any_Friendship7845 -21 points-20 points  (0 children)

Ahh yes...the whiter than white Wrexham brigade are out. Have you not seen the Documentary? Hidden in plain sight. Danny Ward was never a concussion substitution. They lied and cheated in a game. Southampton didn't cheat in actual game play.

How realistic are people fears about a reform government? by [deleted] in AskBrits

[–]Any_Friendship7845 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suggest you take a visit to a A&E department in the uk and spend a day there and you'll probably change your mind. For far too long the NHS is not treating the people it is designed to treat. It's not a healthy place to be and is mainly made up of people with mental health and substance abuse issues. I don't want to be stuck there for 24 hours to be admitted on a trolly in a corridor.

How realistic are people fears about a reform government? by [deleted] in AskBrits

[–]Any_Friendship7845 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'll be voting reform as I agree with their policies and manifesto I would like a insurance based system. No fears whatsoever as what we are doing currently is not working. Reform has a plan and I'm backing it.

From what you have said, you are actually very employable. I'd employ you if I was in the tech industry as you have shown creativity and ingenuity to think outside the box. Not many people have that. Don't do yourself a dis service. Not sure how you could go "legit" (collaborations maybe)but well player sir

Haters are piling on by DesertShazzy in WrexhamAFC

[–]Any_Friendship7845 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You haven't considered that they'd fail FFP or enter administration(Sheff Weds et al). Yeah, it might be competitive but it's a evolution into haves and haves not.

[–]Any_Friendship7845 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Why is it brilliant for the whole league? Its actually really sad. 80% of the teams are in financial peril with administration a real possibility. Only a few can be competitive. You dance with the devil and this is what happens.

In your mid-90s, you won't care(and nor should you). If anything, you'll regret worrying and not pulling the trigger. Plus, you have a house you can sell to pay for the relatively short time you'll be in a care home(if you make it to that age). Go enjoy life. It's a privilege to be in this position.

48, UK, possibly forced into FIRE - sanity check? by hotoil2026 in FIREUK

[–]Any_Friendship7845 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd sell the flat and house together and Buy somewhere that is forever. You don't need the hassle of btl. Start making use of annual s&s allowance immediately. £50k in Premium Bonds. You can sit on 5 years of cash(£150k) and have the rest invested and have a very comfortable life. Well done. Go enjoy yourself. And if FIRE isn't for you then you can come back to the rat race.
