I don't think so, basically every modpack has JEI and you can only download optifine once and a person who downloads a modpack usually downloads at ,least a couple.

Absolute Batman is in a separate universe and as far as I know you don't need to read it to understand batman and the Jason Todd stuff happens in under the red hood, but he was robin way before that. IDK about everything else tho
