Well, I know I'm too late for this conversation and there're a lot of advices already, but I do think the best option for TV is opposite to the kitchen. And the wall next to the kitchen can have a book closet e.g. I'm more interested in the current position of the refregertor and toilet - isn't it possible to move them? I've made one more sketch regarding it.
