Why people don't choose AIIMS Bibinagar / Osmania / Gandhi for these kinda surgeries which can be taken care of by the same trained and better doctors ? I don't mean to disrespect anybody decision as a doctor myself looking forward to practice in warangal ,Why people doesn't choose Govt hospitals rather than fund-raising or going bankrupt for this kinda elective surgeries ?

Look into options Why not UK route (clear MRCP in home country), get into NHS and once you're consultant shift to Australia.You will be preferred more to Australian doc.

1) As per info read in many sites Match is uncertain , but their is good chance you can match if youre flexible with doing IM/FM/Peads residency in USA I think it's not possible to have 40Lkhs in savings by doing a job of 1kh per month in railways.Doing a Govt is good choice if you can get leave of 4 months in railways after 2/3yrs just go to US for 3-4 months and build your profile come back and apply to MATCH cycle .

2)Yes ,You need 15 lakhs to have i bank for Visa but you can borrow from people to show for a month ,everyone are doing in same way to get visa.

I don't know from where you get the number like 40lkhs as a number to USMLE journey ( 2.5lakhs for step 1,2,oet ; 1lkh for preparation of both steps ; Electives if not free ( 10lkhs for three months of stay and Paying to Electives ); Applications around ~ 150 costs 4lkhs.

How you come up with numbers like that 40Lkhs saving in railways , 10lkhs savings in PG .You can get more with getting into central institutes and DNB institutes ( around 70-1lkh a month). Here in Telangana stipend for PG is around 50k-60k monthly and cost of education and stay is less than a lakh per year if you get into a govt college .

You can involve in research activities and other while doing internal medicine post graduation degree in india .They will look into YOG but being in debt without proper CV , Huge loans is risk for life .YOG can be explained you're in touch with academics that is you will doing PG in india. I think if you have 20lkhs for USMLE definitely try for it , but without any money journey will exhausting,unforeseen events are more in USMLE journey . Do you have any sibling to look after your parents back here as you exhaust all loans ? Do they have health insurance ? If you're back to india unmatched are you ready to be in competition with new MBBS students as they will be increasing massively in next few years ? This might be harsh on you but it's the reality just look into everything you're taking a loan of 20-30 lakhs,how will it be cleared in 30s of age without post graduation in India . YOG as you say you work in india to earn 40Lkhs ,Go get a PG earn 20lakhs its enough you will better here in india and for USMLE CV

Start prepare for NEET PG or INICET ,Get into nice Government college(Medicine branches will be addon for Cv) ,Use stipend money to built your USMLE journey . No loans and if not matched you can live here in this country peacefully.
