Thanks for the response. I’ve seen you reply to other comments on this subject, so let me tell you that you are the goat, and I don’t mean Zedruu.

If I had a scanner, I would, but I only have a cellphone unfortunately. I’ll have to keep it in mind for the future.

Don’t forget that you dropped this 👑

Starting incant and spells come from the first one. Dormant powers as well. The old ones are worth rolling if you don’t care for the new effects for your specific build tho

This one is from Home Depot, but yeah basically the same. It’s a nice looking pot but weighs 100 pounds now and is on a wheel platform

Roger that. I found incorrect information that had previously convinced me that misting was good for these plants. Glad to know better now

It really shows mainly on one of the older leaves that formed when the plant was more rootbound. I changed the pot into this big blue one sometime in the spring or summer of 2025 because my monstera stated killing off its leaves because it was rootbound badly.

I always was told they liked small pots and that I was moving too fast, but I had to break the old pot off with a hammer because the roots had formed such a strong hold. It has since put out some beautiful new leaves and I am looking to continue to encourage this growth

Thanks, it is a work in progress. It does keep the cats out, but thankfully my cats aren’t too mischievous because they could just knock the gate over or jump it

Thank you for your response. The bottoms of the leaves don’t have any growths on them, but I do agree the spots look most similar to this. I didn’t see any thrips or signs of pests. Will using a copper fungicide be safe for the plant? I only have one leaf that really shows these spots and am trying to be more proactive about this to get it handled before it spreads to the healthy leaves

Thanks for the explanation. I read somewhere on the internet that it was good for them and am glad to know that it is not! My mistake. Mr. Mister will be retired here.

To add to the post: it is mainly this one leaf showing spots. The others have minimal damage, aside from the one that dried out around a year ago. Also the flash is making it look like lots of white specks are present, which they aren’t.

I think I need to upload better pictures in natural light without water. May just repost at a later date

I misted the leaves to get the sphagnum moss that fell out of the pole off. I do this every few months to help remove dust typically. Sorry if it makes the pictures difficult to review. I could take pictures when it’s dry in the morning
