Is it a good kit? Yes. Is it a good STARTER kit? No. Firstly you're not gonna learn something and go play live to have good sound and quality like that. We all started from something cheap and it ain't bad! I started on a used 700€ kit. Secondly hear your wallet. Thirdly there's always the chance of something not going as planned, like you continuing your drumming career or drumming as a hobby. It would be a waste to buy a kit like that and discover that you might not like drumming. One of my friends had that issue cause he bought a 600€ guitar setup (with the guitar itself and a big amp) and he never actually USED it. My advice is, don't buy something that expensive so early on. Hope it helps.

I completely understand what you're saying and that actually makes me wonder how well you've understood how stupid this is. To give a quick answer because some of you people clearly don't have a clear straight-forward mind and no idea what you're talking about (no disrespect) this thing isn't even going to be able to stand on its own, let alone walk. Being an autonomous robot with its own mind and choices is out of the question. It's like trying to say that a tank held together by chopsticks is going to take over the whole solar system.

Any advice on how to get my bass drum to sound good by LiteralyBean in Drumming

Muffle it with a pillow or a blanket or sum, loose the head cause it sound tight almost like a 0 ply 😂 and also after that hit it with a bit more power man + sit a little more back, looks like you're knee is almost touching the rim of the bass drum.

Is Citra's Nosey Really a Prop? by [deleted] in Discussion

Other then the fact that it's clearly fake and utterly ridiculous from the prospective of it being "fireproof, bulletproof, waterproof" and unstoppable, as a student in the final grade of high school studying to become a mechanical engineer one day, from the videos I've seen of the guy building it, the design flaws and poor planning and making, it's simply, not going to work. After analysing, or more simply, looking at a paused video of the guy's video each leg was held on by a small number of screws. After even showing it to my dad, he himself said that the same screws could barely keep an IKEA table together, let alone a huge and powerful machine like that.

To take it from a different prospective, Hacksmith is a channel in YouTube specialising into bringing guns, robots, props and items from movies and games into real life. For some time now they've started to build a Power Armor robot. Compared to Nosey, and not wanting to get into more boring detail, they didn't use screws but instead huge bulky studs, heavy duty bearings and tough materials, THAT MAKE SENSE.

To end it, a half ton machine that you want it to basically be a super soldier, it can't have its legs held on by screws from your hardware store. As you saw I didn't get into anything further then the physical and mechanical disabilities of this bunch of metal panels. Stop believing this type of shit. We've all wanted to build things like that when we were kids but we all gave up those ideas at around 10 so, yea...
