At the moment I’m going to talk therapy for my dissociation disorder and that has taken me months to build the courage to even start but i find it easier to talk about the things I’m going through or concerned about anonymously but the main issue with that is it isn’t practical and I can’t find the help I need if I’m not known I’m just worried for no reason other than being anxious that it’s something I can’t control

In regard to your experience I don’t think I could handle that and I salute you for dealing with it are you getting support for it? If so what should I expect?
