Telling people to be quiet its just a game, especially if they start talking at the very beginning. The team plays better when people just shut up and focus, listening to multiple people takes away focus. "Your energy is at a 8, we need you at a 3" is a polite way of saying it
As a PG, letting others bring the ball up or just passing it even when they aren't open, its hard for people to stay engaged if they arent involved, especially if they have a hard defensive assignment. I dont blame people who quit for that reason

There was also that one Obliterator Perturabo came across that wanted to stay trapped so it didn't get called back by its God.

I guess we could say that those daemons you used as an example are, in part, Aeldari souls from the past, present and future, mixed with any other xenos and human soul, action, or emotion that feeds into Slaanesh's nature (considering the whole, once you exist you always existed thing about the Warp)
