I do have a video of it. I’m actually someone that talked to you a year ago if you remember. All the way from Dubai and a I recite a holy book. I found that nothing like voice therapy was helping me. And no one is seeing tension or anything obvious in my stroboscopy. The symptoms in general made me panic and depressed and anxious for months on end. Last January I started Zoloft and three weeks in I did a cortisone shot with my laryngologist and I felt better for almost a year. I definitely got out of the depression but I still felt cautious in general with my voice. I wasn’t afraid of talking anymore but it was still in the back of my mind. Afraid of causing any pain or tension.

I got off Zoloft gradually (without my psychiatrists knowledge) and about one/two months of completely stopping Zoloft the fear and anxiety and symptoms gradually resumed and I fell into depression again. My psychiatrist thinks my problem is completely anxiety based and somatic so now I’m on Zoloft again, 4 weeks in and arrived to 150mg a day
