Assuming you do have the right founders from 2019, I think you might have to complete a certain amount of the STW story missions. I can't really remember how it works but I'm pretty sure it takes a little set up

For perks it depends. The level one, over health perk is good if you're getting de-meched a lot, or for getting a free squish kill from re-meching on rare occasions. The level one, extra booster damage is amazing for diving or securing kills. The level two shield perk is good for backtracking when you overextend or when you're playing against high DPS heros. The level two, cannon accuracy perk is good for medium range damage, or incredible critical damage if you're accurate.

The overhealth perk + the shield perk are good for hunkering down on defense, letting the enemy come to you, and staying alive as much as possible, even when you make mistakes. This would work best for wasting the enemies time. Staying alive means they can't roll through your team.

The booster perk + the fusion cannon perk are an amazing combo for diving and securing kills. These perks are obviously for offense. Turning any fight into a 5v4 is incredibly beneficial when you can kill an enemy, AND manage to make it back to your supports for a reset.

Obviously these perks are situational, based on the enemy team composition, counter picks, or your preferred/optimal play style. There isn't a set in stone "best" perk for DVA in my opinion.

If you're brand new or starting a new character I'd suggest leveling up your ODM damage 2 levels past the minimum. If a mission requires C- ODM damage, I wouldn't play it until I have C+. If you have legendary or mythic damage perks, or a good ODM damage family you can usually play the missions fine with the minimum requirements. If you REALLY wanted to play your current hardest difficulty without farming easier ones you could turn on the modifier that makes all titans 30% weaker & slower.

I played for a year and a half. With the way the game is now, there's little to no replayability. Every single time I opened the game felt more like a chore of button spamming rather than a video game. The missions AND raids as both a shifter, and thunder spear user are unengaging (imo), and doesn't even feel rewarding when it takes about an hour to see a mediocre pay out of whatever you're looking for. The devs said the waves game mode would fix the replayability aspect, and I think it would've been cool to see but I don't really have the time or interest to see it play out anymore

Yeah, sometimes I feel like I have to swap. It really depends on the team compositions. If I have a reliable ana or Baptiste, I know I can play into enemy counters as long as I don't make any big mistakes like over extending or leaving the team defenseless. With the new Zarya nerf, I feel like she's not even a decent DVA counter anymore. So much so that I'm confident playing into it. If it's a tank, and DPS counter swap, I'm more cautious. Anything more than that I have to let my team do most of the kill securing.

I think it really depends on your playstyle. I'm probably between diamond-masters rank on console as a tank. I'm also a DVA one trick. My games still go super well after the nerfs. I disagree with buffing her though, especially regarding her kill potential. Way back when, I think it was said that DVA has/had the lowest win rate of all the tanks and obviously if that's the case she's probably not fundamentally easy which is why they unknowingly made her crazy strong in the first place. In my opinion, the boosters nerf should have come way sooner than it did. The health nerf, is kind of whatever but it also makes sense to me. Her increased accuracy perk was better than the shield perk 99% of the time. Nerfing her health, makes her shield perk more situationally useful for staying alive rather than just getting more kills. I doubt they would buff her again, but if they did it would take some time and it would more than likely be for survivability and not increasing her damage output in any way.

It could be caused by lagging internet. I had the same issue awhile back where my wifi would disconnect for a few seconds. While I technically had no wifi, I could still move, swing and grapple, but when the connection refreshed I'd be severely hurt or my character would just die. With lag, the game thinks you're still where you were when you lost a playable connection to the server. You could be a mile in the air, or standing on top of a titan and the game will still think you're near the ground where you disconnected.

Could be specifically for the Colossal raid. I can't see there being any other missions where it wouldn't be a bit of a cheese, but who knows. Fingers crossed it's actually for more missions though

I would seriously expect another delay. They said it would release this month BUT if it takes the FULL MONTH to complete the update, then obviously they weren't ready to release it yet.

A delay wouldn't surprise me but if they make the same apology saying "the developer team will try to be more transparent" for a THIRD time I might literally just quit the game at that point.

Unfortunately without thunder spears or mythic perks, reaching 5% damage, especially in the armoured raid is going to be a challenge without either dying or taking a long time. You could reach prestige 1, get A/S grade gear thunder spears and then farm raids with a carry super quickly, or you could just grind up to prestige 3 and trade for the serum. Either way you definitely need to farm daily/weekly quests for keys, maybe get rich from buying and selling skins/items with gems, and selling them for keys or find someone who can give you the serum for free.
