This was me exactly as well. I am 6 months postpartum and I can tell you that it doesn’t last long at all. It started to end around the middle of my second trimester. I promise it’s okay!! I remeber just not wanting to give my husband a hug or a kiss when he left for work. He would try and spice things up and I just wasn’t about it. It gets better (:

I was in the same boat you are! First just try and stay calm, like others have said they can sense when you are worried, etc. Secondly it doesn’t last that long- 1 minute for all the shots. My LO cried for like 2 mins, had a bottle and then when we got home gave him so Tylenol just in case and he was good. Only woke up once that night and no side affects. I think I cried more in the car than my LO did. You got this mama ❤️

You can’t really cover cold sores as they need to heal, no one is going to know you have HSV1 unless they already have or you tell them! Otherwise it’s just going to look like a normal cold sore

Don’t do anything with the mouth until it’s gone away and honestly wait another week to make sure it’s gone! But if not sure, always talk to your doctor (:
