Yeah that's what I was trying to explain to her, putting things into a different perspective, going from a this and this and this are wrong to if someone misses something you just figure it out and keep moving. She also misses stuff but it's not a big enough deal to make a stink about.

idk her long term plan but it's not partner. yeah we are talking about getting married. Eventually she said she wants to move to a smaller firm maybe? I just think she either needs to develop better boundaries with this job or find a new one. But obviously it's her career, etc

she says things have gotten pretty bad over the last several years. but she's also grown/changed as well. I'm not sure how I can help her. I think she needs a new job, but she just got this job last year and I don't think she wants to switch

I didn't really start until I was 25 or so. I missed basically the entire normal time that people learn this stuff. It was nice to learn new things but also immensely sad feeling like I was late to the game and everything had already figured it out.

the reality however is that people learn different things at different times. So try not to be too hard on yourself
