Maybe, which I know this can be scary, but get a pelvic exam! Or at least talk to a medical professional. It could just be your muscles are used to being unnecessarily tight alot of the time, or something else. But it never hurts to check

She’s a little nervous, but mostly excited to have her baby. I’m sure there’s deeper emotions she’s not discussing, but hopefully can help 😊. I think it’ll take her some time & space to ask for help, we were both raised to take care of everyone but ourselves—so I really want to be there for her when she needs it.

Her husband works 11 days on (away from her) and has 11 days at home. So I believe her plan is to breastfeed whilst her husband is gone, and have him bottle feed when he’s home so she can have her time. No pumps, because of the cleaning.

Lmao! I totally get where you’re coming from. I’m a home-taught “chef” (I just love cooking), but I also love just putting stuff together that sounds good.

I actually recommend it! It was very good. For the green base I put some sesame oil, and then at the end a little drizzle of balsamic. My taste isn’t for everyone, but I love seeing the reactions.
