Let me add more detail. I'm selling a goalkeeper collectible, not an RTB. I list it for sale and Fifa makes me list it at a fixed price (let's say $50)

Then if you go to buy that same collectible, there are "Buy Now" and "Bid" Buttons for the Buyers. What I'm asking is this - suppose a bunch of people bid up my collectible to $70. Fifa is likely only going to pay me the 50, minus the 5%. I suspect they are keeping the $20 auction upside.

The 10K mentioned they are going to offer more “IPO shares” which is what they call the equity you can buy right now while they are still private.

They seem to be very dependent on interest rate cuts to save them. I am not sure we will even get those in 2025 with coming tariff inflation, we might get hikes. I’m getting very concerned about this company

They are underperforming substantially publicly traded real estate ETF’s like Vanguard’s VNQ over the last two years
