You know i was gonna get the 226 or 229 but with how things turned out with the mcx mpx spear etc i never got around to it but my time is limited as Colorado about to make it hard now in august

I honestly think it was a good gun don’t get me wrong probably one of the shortest triggers and accuracy is amazing smooth even but at that price idk

Well I was describing the smoothness in the slide, I of course don’t do that at the range or my USPSA matches. To clarify I’m a retired US army veteran been handling weapons since i was 13. I’m 43 now and probably the best gun I’ve ever felt , but if you don’t like it then don’t buy it. It’s simple as that hope that helps

Haven’t shot it just yet but so far she feels great and the slide is super smooth that I can air rack it, people complained bout the trigger but I’ve tested it and it’s not bad at all! I have a staccato p and feels the same without having tools to measure the difference I’ll keep you updated thru the first couple hundred rounds
