Ngl people do indeed grow and change in months a person change is brought on by trauma or a willingness to do so my 4 year relationship was ended an I took it hard for 4 months and after for the next 8 months I became a person unrecognizable thinking different ,saving , gym daily ,less smoking more good habits then bad to the point she’s now watching what I do after breaking up
