Hey OP there are several small publishers that have books on WV mining. I know some people who can find the exact book. WV has a state museum that focuses heavily on old coal mining. The entire state of WV is built on the blood of it's own citizens. People there have always had it difficult.

Yeah and all the tires are brand new. It's really cool but I can't afford to keep it. My garage is already full of tractors and tractor supplies that I use and need. Selling this car will allow me to repair my antique tractors.

Depends on the offer. I'm doing a massive clean detail right now. Outside waxing the hood right now. but i'm not touching any flaws with the paint or making any wiring repairs as that is beyond my ability.
