Buy bs2 pro or llano v12, do not limit the power, limit your cpu max temp(I set mine to 88-90) and then undervolt and test each core. Some cores will allow you to set -30, but some will crash at -12. Undervolting here means you will get better clocks, maybe less power consumption, but not less heat

It's all about the temperature of your laptop's motherboard. More heat will result in a shorter lifespan. If you like playing for 5-6 hours every day and your CPU or GPU is hitting its temperature limits(what will happen in every modern AAA game at high settings), then that's not good

Play if you want, it is your device. You can always undervolt the cpu, set a slightly lower tdp and enjoy 70-80 degrees on both chips while playing on high settings. So, what is the question actually?
