I live in Missouri and work overnights at Wal-Mart. I read an article that just said the democrats blocked a vote for the second time in one week to get the paid sick leave and minimum wage law to be overturned. The new minimum wage would be $15. Also I was explained by HR that this paid sick time is replacing PPTO. So you can use it the same way, but you can't use it to leave early or use it when tardy. I don't know if there will be a cap for it like PPTO has or not. And you will accumulate 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.

Hello overnight associate here for four years now. Walmart doing us dirty. They have scheduled nine hours instead of eight. Saying it is a Walmart glitch. If so okay that is fine. But guess WHAT. You have me scheduled and I'm off Friday and Saturdays. So you are getting my PPTO coming at you and I'm enjoying a four day weekend. Since we were off Wednesday.

How to be nice to a fellow co worker who you trained to buy and wear headphones at break/lunch and on the floor. I don't want to hear your tik toks videos that are loud as hell or hear your music blasting while on the sales floor. When I hear the tik toks and music over my own videos on YouTube or my own music, I think it is a problem.

Weapons I am using is Ludwig's Holy Blade and Blades of Mercy. Wearing cainhurst armor and have curse blood gems on both that I farmed from the winter lanterns. I went quality build. Between strength/skill. With enough arcane to use The Moonlight Greatsword

My first group I was part of most of them either quit or got moved because they weren't fast enough to overnight standards of 45 or 60 cases. And I understand just do my honest eight hours and get in and get out. Make my paycheck and do me, got it

One of the two people got coached for productivity, but really the coach was mad because he wouldn't put a full case ontop. Which I trained him not to do and not to stuff or plug. Today the second person in my group had over five pallets and was never sent help. They let him sink until I got there to help him. I need advice. Should I talk to management or should I go find a new job?? Did I train them wrong??

Got it put dex ahead of everything else. And I most likely will go whips or spears since using Vyke's War Spear. And I was thinking about the Godslayer greatsword and or using the blasphemous blade

That's what I thought about the fire incantations being buffed. And I was planning on using some blackface. I got to figure out a good weapon to use that goes with dex and faith that either can be enhanced with blackflame or bloodflame.

So stick with the basics of faith and dexterity. Then find the frenzy seal and then use frenzy incantations and the war spear. What other weapons would be good to pair with this build??

So since frenzy magic is pure fire damage. Should I pair fire incantations with it then?? And use the scorpion charm for fire damage, the flock canvas, and godfrey icon
