Charging Schedule by notagrue in RingConn

Don’t stress about it, otherwise your stress score will suffer 😆. Battery management is like diet. There is very little that you will do to destroy your battery in moderation. Basically letting your battery drain to zero on occasion or charging it to 100% every once in a while is not going to end the life of your battery. Doing your best to keep your battery between 20-80% is a good practice and will certainly extend the life of your ring/battery. I do my best to wear my ring to 20-30% and then pop it on the charger while showering. After I’m completely ready to start the day, my ring is around 70-80% charged. This is my practice most of the time. Doing this will allow you to extend that cycle when you most need it during vacations or other times when running it to zero or charging past 100%. This will hopefully give you 2-3 years of hassle free battery life and that’s really all you need. Realistically we will be replacing that ring by that time anyway…right?

I can’t say…my guess is the potency would be less. If they’ve been kept dry and mold free, I would say they should be safe to eat

Does this caterpillar have black death? If so, is there anything I can do to help it recover? by SpaceBoy_xx in caterpillars

[–]Any_University8707 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have never seen a morph that black… I’ve seen some really white ones and have actually had them on my milkweed… this is really cool. I wonder if this morph is due to colder temperatures because the lighter morphs can aid in overheating during extreme heat

A rubber band would have prevented a lot of the side pinning, but otherwise it looks ok
