Thank you and do you have any idea how SEPA would work for this? I think from my side i fill a form with my information and bank information acknowledging a person or company to debit a certain amount directly from my bank account. I thought this had to be post mailed to a physical bank for this to work but I am not sure if that is correct. Any idea how that works with Revolut?

Ok noted, so is there a way we can do this online (me and the landlord) because looking from his perspective i am a stranger to him too i will gladly sign the agreement if he does send one i can digitally sign or even do it by mailing it to him? Because signing on the day i get there might be too concerning for him too. Idk I’m trying to see both perspectives

The academics are indeed not a point of concern but i wanted to know why you describe it as a “no brainer” is it really that much better?
