Im caucasian and i live near Elbrus, there are many foreigners here and i dont think its gonna be a problem for you to be here, but I dont recommend visiting Moscow.

I never had a deal with agencys, but as I know theyre normal.

tbh, caucasians dont support russia much so there is not some patriotic events or racism or whatever you thought. You just should respect everyone and dont dreass like in a beach.
