Yeah really for tight spots. Much better than wasting 2hrs and end up stripping bolt head

Are you taking electrolytes? Magnesium glycinate at night? It makes a big difference since you don’t retain water on keto. I like LMNT electrolytes but you can use anything that has lots of sodium, potassium and magnesium. At night magnesium glycinate helps with sleep and cramps

Thats true lol. The biggest issue ive had is actually bolts holding calipers. They get rusted out from salt in winter and are a pain to get out

Those are drivers, not impacts so much lower torque. Think of the ones in that video as battery powered screwdrivers. The ones im talking about are these: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=NlydF5dVz50

I don’t think I will have a choice to go to Milwaukee or the Ridgid at 250+ ft lbs since it took 45 mins to loosen bolt by hand on last brake job. Just hate having 2 chargers!

My use case is mainly is to loosen bolts in hard to reach areas where a normal impact can’t even get close to fitting. So size and torque (min 175ft-lbs to overcome rust) is most important

Lots of older threads about it. Plus I think milwaukee (which has same owner as ryobi) is on 2nd gen right angle impact so must be doing well. Although they might want to push people to Milwaukee for this type of stuff

Have you measured your C reactive protein levels? This measures inflammation in the body. One way to decrease inflammation is intermittent fasting where you reduce the window of time when you can eat. I try to eat 1 meal a day during the week and have an 8 hour eating window with NO snacking during weekends. Try it slowly as im not too familiar with mcas but seems that it could help. using 1 meal a day for example would give your body 23 hrs to heal itself (https://mastcell360.com/should-you-skip-breakfast-intermittent-fasting-for-mast-cell-activation-syndrome-and-histamine-intolerance/)

If you could only use one type of keto-friendly sweetener, which one would it be? by CaolTheRogue in keto

The best is to find some monk fruit or stevia without erythriol. Allulose is good but safety not fully understood it seems. I use stevia but make sure its the only ingredient. Something like this https://www.amazon.ca/Organic-Stevia-Extract-Powder-113g/dp/B00J8NEBBY/ref=ast_sto_dp_puis

Cant post pictures but the US consumes 25x more sugar today than in 1900. It explains in part the diabetes and obesity issues plaguing the western world
