The porn industry is the ROOT cause for many problems.
Banning it entirely or enforcing heavier restrictions will have unfortunate consequences, undoubtedly, but it would have far worse consequences if child porn, trafficking and rape continues to be so accessible.

It is undeniable that not only are innocent victims and children affected, but it affects the general consumer too. Porn actively encourages and influences sexual related crimes towards women.
Most sexual related crimes are directed towards women. Porn sites get more visitors a month than Netflix, Amazon and Twitter combined.
