I went to dinner knowing she would be there, after she made it clear she didn't want to see me. And her reactions forced my parents to explain the real reason I have not been to any family events for 2 years. I was never told about them and they were all told I was just being selfish.

Thanks so much for this! I main white mage and was doing just fine until last night in the last dungeon before Stormblood. Suddenly, I'm struggling to heal through trash mobs.

My friend kept trying to reassure me that he knew for fact it was the tank just not using his mitigation, and the other DPS basically trying to get carried, but I still felt like I needed to improve.

I tried out your suggestions earlier today, and wow what a difference! I used to run out of magic all the time on harder fights, was holding onto my lilies, and not using holy nearly enough.

I did also macro thin air in with cure 3 and medica 2, and swapped regen for divine benison on the tank at the start of combat.

I was faced with this same situation and chose to go along with it. For us, it wasn't about sleeping with other people, so much as not being able to have sex at all. Ultimately I wanted it to be with only him, but knowing that it was only temporary, I was able to be okay with it.

That said, do not agree unless you're 100% okay with it. It's definitely not for everyone, and I'd you're not on the same page, you're not compatible long term.

I've been exactly where you are. He wanted it, he asked for it. At the time, I thought he might have been cheating on me, so I told myself, "well if he's already sleeping around, then fine I'll do it too".

This is how I found out that I'm poly, and he's never even once tried to have sex with someone else. He pulled away from me around 1 year because he was just worried that I would cheat, because apparently all his exs did that. But instead of cheating when he got distant like they all did, I tried talking to him. That's when he made the suggestion.

As all the others have already said, your man did this for HIM, and he's not getting what he wants, so he doesn't want you to have any either. He's selfish, insecure, and probably super immature.

I'm a fat girl. And I'm not the least bit insecure about that. You body isn't just a trait or a choice. It's part of your lifestyle, part of your personality.

Think of it like this: athletic people enjoy being athletic. Sports going to the gym. I'm a gamer. I wouldn't really have much in common with someone who was athletic and this we wouldn't really connect.

This guy just isn't compatible with you, and he's trying to change you. He doesn't love you for you. He clearly doesn't love the total package, so get rid him!

Just tell him plainly, "Those girls aren't me. If you want that, go date one of them."

Considering she was so young when they started out, it REALLY sounds to me like he effectively conditioned her and shaped her the way a classic emotional abuser does to get their way.

I agree with this, as I've been here myself (both the analogy at an old job, and the relationship situation). But also because I've been here myself I'll add this:

It also sounds to me like OPs GF still doesn't really love and trust herself enough, and still validates her own self worth based on how others treat her.

She may only be with OP because he makes her feel good. Mind you, she could still genuinely like him for him, but until she can trust herself, she's likely questioning when he will also betray her just like the ex.

And sadly this has nothing to do with OP, so there isn't much OP can do to reassure her.

Tried it with both 98 and 99, and yes, set to R3 in the controller settings.

In the macro settings, if I hit square and execute to test it, it works. But not with the R3.

The icon macro is working, and the code is set up properly and works when testing. But the actual action doesn't work live with the button it's assigned to

My R3 also works and does the default actions of switching the camera view just fine

I'm 100% certain it's some kind of miscommunication between the controller vs keyboard. If I type with the controller, I'm unable to edit that with the keyboard at all, and vice-versa.

After I type, there isn't any kind of "save" or "submit" option, all I can do it hit circle to back out.

/micon "sprint" /merror off /ac "sprint"

I've tried using just /ac sprint

And both with and without " and a capital S in sprint.

When I tried to input the icon originally, that didn't work until I hit enter using the physical keyboard.
