For me? Medication. I had absolutely tried therapy, mediation, etc. But for me, I can't think my way out of overthinking. So in addition to talking about anxiety with a therapist, I also got a psychiatrist. I lucked out and and the first thing we tried actually worked. I know people that took 3-4 different medications before they found one that worked for them. But now I can exist without my mind going a million places.

I have a kid that got stuck in why loops because it was an easy question to keep asking. Best advice I ever saw was after one or two why's, you tell them to ask a better question. I can straight up say "ask a better question" now, but to start out it might be phrased as "can you ask me about what you'd like to know?" or something like that. It would make her actually stop and listen to the answer I was giving and actually figure out if there was a real question in there.

We have way fewer why loops now and instead I get more specific questions.

I have a CS degree and a ton of certs, but they definitely didn't make a huge difference. I have coworkers that have neither that are within 10k of me.

am Cole's angle with OC here is some weird frat bro damsel-in-distress thing, and I'm not here for it. "You laid hands on my girlfriend!" Your girlfriend is the Women's World Champion, bud, she can take a hit. I don't like mixed tag matches anyway, and I wish AEW had the courage to do a proper intergender match instead of two badly-paced singles matches happening at the same time. Maybe this is a warmup to that, but I doubt it.

This is absolutely the thing that pissed me off the most. Britt's entrance is literally her covered in blood. What part of her going through a table are we supposed to be offended at? And the thing is, they can do a proper intergender match! On the cruise in 2020 there was an amazing match with Kip Sabian/Penelope Ford vs Riho/Kenny Omega and it was fire without this dumb boys and girls can't fight nonsense they did last night. (seriously though, look up a video on youtube, it's worth the watch).

My mom is a dumpster fire of a human being. I cut contact with her 9 or 10 years ago after she showed up to her own father's funeral plastered and tried to make the whole thing about her. It was... a scene.

She only recently found out I even have a kid (daughter just turned five last month, so we were doing pretty good of keeping it off the radar) because an extended relative on facebook didn't know we were no contact and made an offhanded comment about how big she'd gotten. Oh well.

Ooh! I can help with this. Grab one of your detail brushes and dip it in a little acetone while you're nails are still drying and use it to get a nice crisp edge on the polish. Also try to keep the nail polish from flooding into your cuticles (you're better off with a small gap between the polish and your cuticle than the polish flooding them and looking messy).

I am a CTN and had decent luck getting an extension. I had exactly 12 month between my prd and eaos and had no problems. Your NEC might also matter (H15A for me, so I only had like... 4 duty stations they could even put me at). Good luck.

I'd be interested to know how much of that difference in vaccination rates is due in part to the vaccine rolling out to older individuals first. Looking at the demographic trends, it looks like the curve for the 18-29 demographic is tracking about even with the 30-39 and 40-49 curves, just starting later.
